Last of the Snow

I am so stinking tired of being cold! I just don't thrive in cold weather anyway...this year is killing me. These pictures were taken Sunday, March 21st...thank goodness the high today is going to be the 70s. My heart just can't take any more cold weather!
I was a sucker and let her wear her ChuckECheese metal to church. Can we please be done with ChuckECheese for awhile too?? That giant mouse scares me!

ooooooh, pretty. My husband is pretty great!

and I solemnly swear I will not blog any more about cold weather or snow again...until next year, that is!

Birthday Fun

Let me start out by saying, ChuckECheese is NOT my favorite place in the world. I think it's a Casino for kids...but when C & A both wanted to have their 4 year old birthday parties there, my friend Kendra and I jumped at the opportunity to do it together...and let me tell you, it was FUN!

Thank you so much to all the sweet friends and family who came to celebrate with us! We are blessed to have all of you in our lives!

Dallas Arboretum

We had our annual trip to the Arboretum with play group today...It was fun but a little wild and crowded.
Love the containers.

A already had chocolate on her face and sleeve from my "bribe" candy stash within 10 minutes of getting there. nice.

This was my favorite flower spot...but A got it in her head it was too sunny and bright to open her eyes...which it wasn't! That little girl knows how to push my buttons!
But someone let her borrow their shades so she was all good!
THIS was the best group shot I could get with all the kids! Cute little backsides!
They were still for like...2 seconds.
What a fun day! Noah says it's time for a nap...and I agree!

I am a bookworm...I admit it... but often times I find that I don't know WHAT to read. A friend of mine at work the other night introduced me to THIS great website (www.goodreads.com) It's great!
