Christmas Favorites

So, I am in the midst of finals and obviously have been neglecting the blog...however, we are getting in the Christmas spirit around here. I thought I would share with you some of my favorite things about the holiday season...
Gingersnap Lattes from Starbucks...formally known as GingerBREAD lattes. Guess Gingersnap sounded more marketable??
I love this book. I feel all nostalgic and warm and fuzzy when I read it.

No, this is NOT our house. I personally prefer lights that are a little more understated on my own home, but I LOVE to drive around and see all the Christmas lights...and I feel depressed when they are all gone in January.

AHHHHH...Bing Crosby. My favorite "crooner" of all time. I can listen to his Christmas albums over and over again.
What are YOUR favorite things about Christmas??

I LOVE all the things you love, execpt I am addicted to the peppermint mocha twist (formally known as peppermint mocha). I could drink one everyday. Love the Bing Crosby carols. I inherited all my grandmothers Christmas CDs when she passed. The old ones are the best. Yall come drive by our house and have some hot cocoa when you get a chance!

My favorite memory and one that I will pass down to the children is hot chocolate on the stove with floating marshmallows, in our pj’s and house shoes – this happened every year at my house growing up. Christmas lights are a huge plus in our house and on our house and the kids love to go look at lights. Huge fan of the Christmas CD of Amy Grant, the one with “Breath of Heaven”. However, the blessing of them all is seeing the kids open all of their presents, from family and special gifts from Santa, I love the smiles and laughter.
